Welcome to the Minglewood Hall Blog

Minglewood Hall is about 4 months into a 6 month construction phase that will completely renovate the old building at 1555 Madison Ave. in Midtown Memphis into a premier venue for music, wedding receptions, and all types of special event. The history of this building takes you from a Tastee Bread Factory, Memphis Designers’ Showcase, Holy Trinity Community Church and since 1999 the Strings and Things Music Store. This new renovate will help with the revival of midtown as the place to see music in Memphis.

With the renovate just months away from completion, here are a few ways you can stay up to date with whats happening around Minglewood Hall.

Things are getting closer everyday. Picking out floor colors, watching the VIP mezzanine being finished up.

I can't wait.

Madison Ave. at Willet is down to two lanes today. A giant crane is placing the air conditioning units on our roof. We've been watching from the roof to get the best view. If you're in our neighborhood come check out the show.

Big Trucks doing Big work today. Pouring the concrete for the parking lot. On Friday we watched 90 tons of A/C go on the roof.
